A BEAUTIFUL WORLD STARTS WITH US. TAKE CARE OF IT THIS EARTH DAY AND ALWAYS!
To make this world a better place, we first need to teach our children and create sensitivity amongst them on how we can do our bit to preserve our planet for a brighter future!
April being the ‘Earth Month’, the students from Kindergarten to seniors were given awareness on waste segregation and how garbage can be harmful to the environment at large. The entire month students will be shown videos, will get involved in activities and learn to do their bit.
We are ready to generate awareness about ‘Pollution’. Are you ready to join hands?
Let’s pledge to make this earth a better place.
PERSONALITY – At Homerton, we strive to develop the personality of our students through various extracurricular activities like Sports, Dance, Music, Art and Public Speaking.
ATTITUDE – We build a ‘Humanitarian Attitude’ in children through our association with UNESCO & BRITISH COUNCIL. We impart education which goes beyond the syllabus.
COMMUNICATION – English helps us communicate with 400 million people across the globe. Our Collaboration with TATA ENGLISH LANGUAGE LAB helps students in enhancing reading/speaking and listening abilities.
EDUCATION – Academic excellence is what we believe in, for which we use the latest teaching methodologies – which include conceptual learning, Labs, educational kits etc. We are also proud of our motivated and qualified staff, through which we impart quality education.
A successful career counselling session was held at Homerton Grammar school today for students of classes ninth to twelfth. Parents along with the wards enthusiastically participated to make the session a success.
Career counsellors gave guidance on the varied subjects prescribed at our school at the senior secondary level.
Career Counseling session was organized to encourage students to explore career path possibilities, enhance self-discovery and make smarter choices. Parents, teachers and students of our school gained tremendously from this interactive session. There was a one to one discussion with counsellors and our teachers and confusions related to choosing of the stream were taken up.
Such sessions will also be planned in future to encourage students to pave the right path for them. At Homerton School, we give students a chance to follow their passion in life. This may not make them rich but for sure it will make them happy!!
